Itinerary

  • Upon arrival in Luxor you will be met and assisted by our representative who will transfer you to your cruise boat: your floating hotel for your next 7 days. 
  • After lunch, which you will have on board, you will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples. Once your visit to these ancient Theban Temples is complete you will return to the boat for your dinner.

  • A new day, your first breakfast on board, and you can watch as the cruise boat crosses the Esna lock to the city of Esna. Once the boat is moored you will visit the Esna Temple, which is located in the centre of the town, and is dedicated to the gods Khnum, Neith and Heka. After the visit you will be taken back to the boat for your lunch while it sails onward to Edfu, home of the best preserved temple in Egypt: the Temple of Horus. After your visit to this superb temple you will be taken back to the boat in plenty of time before it departs Edfu, dinner being served as it sails majestically towards Kom Ombo.

  • After breakfast you will be taken for a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Horus and Sobek. Afterwards it is back to the boat for lunch and the sail to Aswan.

  • Your last day of sailing upstream starts with breakfast, before you arrive in Aswan. Once ashore you will be driven to see the High Dam, the worlds largest rock filled dam, and then a short sail to the Temple of Philae, moved to the island of Agilika after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original location. It is then back to the boat for your dinner.

  • After breakfast it is time to have a sail, by felucca, to see the Botanical Gardens on Kitchener Island.
  • The rest of the day is free for you to do as you choose.
  • Optional Trip:
  • You may choose to visit Abu Simbel to see these marvelous temples, which were originally carved out of a rocky mountainside by Ramses II. You can either go by flight: about $200per person, or by coach: about $110 per person 

  • While you are having breakfast the boat sets sail, this time downstream, for Kom Ombo once again. Today you can visit the temple early in the morning before the boat heads off to Edfu. After lunch you will cross the locks at Esna, once again, as the boat heads back to Luxor.

  • An early breakfast and then it is time to visit the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings; the tombs of princes in the Valley of the Queens; the magnificent temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri finishing with the immense Colossi of Memnon. 
  • After this visit to the Theban “City of the Dead” you will be taken back to your boat for your lunch, and then you can enjoy your dinner as the Nile laps gently underneath you.

  • You will have your final breakfast on the boat before you have to check out and then are transferred, by our representative to your next destination Hurghada 
  • Upon arrival check in the hotel and receive our room
  • Lunch and dinner at hotel

  • Prices are net. All prices are subject to reconfirmation and accommodation is subject to availability on confirmation.
  • All reservations must be forwarded via email, and reconfirmed by us via email.
  • Any amendment to confirmed service will be charged extra for each amendment. For all services, a no show fee is 100%. All unused services will not be refunded. In case of cancellation or amendment any extra charge applied by supplier will be levied on the customer.

  • Child up to 5 years free of charge Max one child per couple ( exc. flight fare and entrance fees) 
  • Child from 6 to 11 years 50% discount of adult fare 
  • 12 years child, charged as one adult 

  • In case of cancellation 30 days, or longer before arrival, 15% will be charged (except of non-refundable or committed services) 
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days up to 14 days before arrival, 25% will be charged, (except of non-refundable or committed services) 
  • cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% charge (except of non-refundable or committed services) 
  • cancellation less 14 days before arrival, 100% no show fees
  • All unused services will not be refunded. In case of cancellation or amendment any extra charge applied by supplier will be levied on the customer.

  • Cruise program could be changed due to cruise line program or navigational circumstances; but the visits will remain the same.
  • We will not pay expenses caused by force majeure reasons and by factors beyond our control; e.g. flight delays, roadblocks, political disturbances, natural calamities etc.
  • The above is only an offer and we are not holding any booking. Booking would be subject to availability once confirmed by you along with the date of travel and guest details.
